An irrigation channel in an agricultural landscape
of Northern Italy is the starting point of this work by Anne Skole
Overgaard. In a frieze of posters in the station hall, she lets
the irrigation channel merge with abstract painterly surfaces. The
floating fields of the water merges further into the blue-green
tiles, lining the walls of the station. The tile-wall is reproduced
in a collage, where each tiles is cut out of images of Monet's water
lilies, which exactly led the landscape painting towards abstraction.
